During this very difficult time, we are faced with numerous adversities that threaten our safety and well-being. What better time to implement a routine that keeps us healthy and balanced? Physical illness is the most prominent way this crisis can effect us. But it is also important that we stay spiritually balanced as well. Therefore I suggest regular sessions for meditating, crystal healing, aromatherapy, and of course yoga during this difficult time. Any of your favorite routines will keep harmonic and positive energy resonating within your energy fields. The result is better stress management, and ultimately better coping abilities. Better balance makes for healthier energy, and that means endurance, perseverance to see this crisis thru.
